
I was born on June 11, 1981 in Fontana, CA. I was raised most of my life in Rancho Cucamonga. I grew up in the church and my mom was responsible for most of the parenting as my Dad was a pastor and not around much. Growing up, like so many others, church became ritual and not relationship-driven so I made my choice not to follow God, or only to do so as it was convenient to me. I got involved with the wrong crowd and experienced way more than I should have. During the summer of 1998 following the death of my father, God spoke very clearly to me telling me it was time for me to experience Him. Having experienced everything else, I allowed God to take me into an experience like no other. For the first time I didn't feel empty or lonely; I felt fulfilled and connected. Having tasted the greatness of God, I was left with no other choice but to serve Him with all that I had. Jesus found me and I am so glad he did.
Since then I have dedicated my life to the service of the Most High.. LIFE IS GREAT! Along with being a youth pastor I also work for an amazing organization called Children's Hope.
I am married to the single most awesome person in the world. My wife and I just bought our first house in San Bernardino and are truly blessed.
My ministry experience began here at CCF a very long time ago under the leadership of pastor Chad Robbins. I served as his intern from 1999-2001 and helped with the junior high ministry. Soon after my internship was over I was offered a youth pastoring position in San Bernardino. I served as the Student Ministries pastor at Crossroads Christian Fellowship from 2001-2006.
This brings me to right now. I started out serving this amazing church as the Director of High School ministry and am currently serving as the Family Life Pastor. I am totally excited to be back in my home. I LOVE THIS CHURCH!
At the risk of sounding cliché my favorite thing about God's character is His never ending Grace for his people. Trying to wrap my brain around how the Creator of the Universe loves and accepts me completely blows me away. THANK GOD FOR GRACE!
